Modu
Studio Exploration
Modu is a studio-developed product and brand concept created by Kutzpa to explore how a modern platform could support the next generation of audio creators. Built around the concept of modulation, Modu focuses on how sounds can be discovered, transformed, and combined into new creative expressions.
We imagined a platform centered around the building blocks of sound rather than finished songs. Modu brings together samples, loops, and musical elements with education, collaboration, and community, helping creators discover new sounds, learn production techniques, connect with other audio professionals, and share their work with a creative community.
The project spanned product strategy, UX architecture, interface design, visual identity, motion language, and digital experiences. My role centered on product design, UX systems, interaction patterns, prototyping, visual direction, and motion while defining how the platform could support creators throughout their creative process.
As a studio exploration, Modu represents Kutzpa’s approach to building cohesive product experiences across strategy, branding, and interaction design. The project demonstrates how a clear product vision can bring together creation, learning, and collaboration into a unified brand and digital experience for modern audio creators.
